Bookings
It is always safer to make confirm booking at least 3-4 months in advance due to the Bhutan Governments restriction on the number of people allowed to enter in a given year. The months of April, May, October, and November normally have many festivals being celebrated at that time, and tourism is at its height during this period.
Booking can be made atleast 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the trip with full passport details and the payment for the tour. There will be a cancellation charge of 50% for confirmed bookings upto 7 days prior to departure whereas, no refund thereafter. No refund for no shows & late arrivals due to any circumstances. Prices are established by the Royal Government of Bhutan and are subject to change without prior notice.
Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows.

Delayed arrival/departure
There shall be no charge for the number of days of delays in arrival/departure of visitors due to weather condition, Druk Air problems or roadblocks. They will be charged only the actual expenses on accommodation, food and transport and other required services.
