Day 01 Kathmandu - Thimpu
Take a panoramic flight from Kathmandu to Paro catching glimpses of Mt. Everest, Mt. Kanchanjunga, Mt. Chomolhari, Mt. Jichu Drake etc. You will be met at the airport and transferred to Thimpu ( 65 Kms./2 hrs. Approx.). Overnight at hotel in Thimpu.
Day 02 Thimpu Sightseeing
Sightseeing tour of the Memorial Chorten of the Late King Jigme Dorjee Wangchuk and the Tashichhodzong, "The fortress of the auspicious religion". After lunch we take a walk downtown to the Handicraft Development Corporation which displays all the handicrafts produced in Bhutan.Transfer to Hotel.
Day 03 Thimpu - Paro
Morning drive to Paro. After lunch we drive through the Paro Valley for a sightseeing tour of the Drukgyel Dzong and the Kyichu Lhakhang. The view of the Chomolhari Mountain is spectacular most of the way. We also visit the Ta Dzong which displays a rich collection of fine arts and weapons. Overnight at hotel in Paro.
Day 04 Paro: Excursion to Taktsang Lhakang
After breakfast we drive to Sartsham Chorten and take a horse ride up hill for 2 hours to Taktsang Cafeteria. After refreshments and a short trek we reach the vantage point for a eye level view of the Taktsang Lhakhang , "The Tigers Nest". After lunch we retrace our steps to Paro. Over night at hotel in Paro.
Day 05 Paro - Kathmandu
Drive to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu. Arrive Kathmandu and
