Terms & Conditions and Important Information
- All Type of Visas are good for single entry only and Non-Extendable
- We recommend applying for your Visa at least 3-7 days prior to your arrival.
- Working Days for Immigration office: Sunday to Thursday only.
- Visa Guarantee Fee will be advised to you if required or not after evaluating your application.
- For Female below 24 years old traveling alone or with a non-relative person, the following details (Name, Age, Nationality, Country Residing and Telephone Number) are required for evaluation.
- Visa Approval is at sole discretion of the Immigration Officials and not Davies Tourism We can not guarantee that all applications will be approved. Once your Visa Application is submitted to Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved or rejected or in the event that your visa is approved but you are unable to travel to UAE.
- The visa issues in 1 to 3 days time excluding public holidays on normal circumstances we are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as Dubai Immigration department sections e.g. committee, visa, security etc, Dubai Commercial Bank, Technical issues with Dubai Immigration online system and missing supporting documents from applicants.
- In case of visa holder overstaying or attempting any illegal activities in UAE Company is responsible for the fines occurred and will pay it. Overstaying fine is AED 8500 under the recent update in the entry permit rules and regulations dated August
- Should your Visa Application is rejected; we will provide you with the proof of rejection from the Immigration Department for your reference and record.
- Once Visa is approved, we will forward you a copy via e-mail since it is online visa you need to print the visa copy and upon arrival at the airport you may precede to the passport control section original Visa is not required.
- After leaving the country, you have to send via e-mail or fax the page of your passport with immigration exit stamp as a proof that you have left the country so it we can verify in our online system.
