Langtang Himal is situated north of Kathmandu. The Langtang Valley is overshadowed by the huge peak of Langtang Lirung (7185 M.). This glacial valley is inhabited by people of Tibetan origin and other ethnic groups in the lower section. The trek starts from Dhunche. Then the trail passes through the varied landscape of evergreen forests and the rushing Bhote Kosi river that flows through Langtang National Park. This trek covers Kyangin Gompa (a Buddhist monastery) and excursion to Langshisha glacier at 4242 M. - the highest point in the 8 day trek.

Drive to Dhunche and camp near Dhunche.

Langtang Valley - Kyangin Gompa (12,100 ft.)

Ghora Tabela (9800 ft.)

Drive Back to Kathmandu

Package price includes :
All camping equipment. Guide, Sherpa, Porters, Cook, Kitchen Staff, 3 meals a day, Morning tea & Afternoon Tea with light snacks.
Price does not include :
Transportaion to/from Dhunche, Insurance, emergency evacuation and other medical fees if any, other expenses of a personal nature.
